Prices and currency
Mattr balances and payments are in rubles. Current plan prices are shown on the pricing page and confirmed at activation. Token usage is billed separately.
Dollar supplier costs are converted at Mattr’s rate. Applicable prices and exchange rates must be available before a charge.
Owner’s shared balance
Token usage and Pro subscriptions use the owner’s balance. Deposited funds are accounted for separately from promotional credits restricted to token usage. Deposits and bonuses have different refund treatment.
Pro members
Actual members, including the owner, are charged up to ten people. Adding or removing members is prorated by day. The billing period, change date and additional charge or adjustment are shown.
Renewal and cancellation
Payment frequency and funding source are disclosed before activation. Future charges require renewal to be disabled through subscription management. The exact flow and request handling need verification before approval.
If saved-card payments are enabled, users must be able to electronically withdraw permission to use the card details for recurring charges. This must not require deleting the account.
Refunds
Users may request a refund of unused deposited funds or raise claims concerning deficient service. The amount depends on services supplied, lawful deductions and mandatory consumer rights.
The full amount cannot be withheld simply because it was added to a balance. The provider supplies a calculation and grounds for deductions. Promotional credits are not deposited money.
For refunds, contact support@mattr.ru. To locate a payment, provide the account email, date, amount and reference. Full card details, security codes and passwords are not required.
Payments and receipts
Payments are planned through YooKassa. Seller details, the selected fiscal receipt arrangement and refund processing periods are not yet confirmed. These details must be completed before accepting payments under approved rules.
Balance top-ups require assessment of advance-payment and subsequent settlement fiscal receipts. An entry in the balance history does not replace a statutory receipt.
