1. Controller and document status
I consent to processing by 11-н, Russian Federation. Personal data contact: support@mattr.ru.
This is a draft for review. It is not effective and must not serve as evidence of effective consent before approval and publication.
2. Purpose and data covered
The purpose is registration and servicing of my Mattr account: creating a profile, signing in and recovering access, recording space membership and permissions, and account-related communication.
Data covered: the name and email I supply; account identifier; authentication and password-verification data; invitation code and relationship to the inviter; space identifiers, membership and role; registration and consent confirmation dates; and selected document language. Passwords are used to verify access, not to disclose them to other users.
This consent does not require passport details, home address, telephone number or date of birth. It does not cover chat content, uploaded files, integration content or other people’s personal data. Legal grounds for that processing must be established separately.
3. Operations and methods
I permit collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use for the stated purpose, restriction, deletion and destruction of the listed data by automated and manual means.
ООО «МУН ПИПЛ» stores and processes account data itself. Employee access is limited to work duties. This does not assert that no infrastructure contractors are involved: their actual role and access conditions must be reflected in the policy before they process data.
This consent does not generally authorise delegation to unrestricted third parties. When engaging a processor, the controller establishes a legal basis, enters into the required processing arrangement and discloses the recipient and processing details. Separate consent is requested where required by law.
4. Limits of consent
This document does not consent to advertising, sale of data, public disclosure, training AI models on my data, processing special-category data, or biometric identification.
It does not authorise transferring account data to OpenRouter, Selectel or any other AI provider. Request transfers are governed separately; filtering confidential values is not itself consent and does not expand permitted processing purposes. If a selected function involves personal data transfers, the legal grounds, recipients, data and conditions must be established separately before transfer. This consent does not replace statutory international-transfer procedures.
Data necessary to enter into or perform the agreement or comply with legal obligations may be processed on the corresponding independent basis. Refusing additional data or purposes unnecessary for the agreement must not prevent access to the core service.
5. How consent is given
After reading this separate text, I personally select “I consent to personal data processing” and submit the registration form. The checkbox is initially unchecked and separate from acceptance of the service terms. Browsing, silence and receiving an invitation do not constitute consent.
The controller records the action against the account, with its time and language. Before using the final version, the controller must ensure preservation of the identifier and text presented. An ordinary checkbox does not substitute for written consent with mandatory particulars where the law requires that form.
6. Duration, withdrawal and deletion
Consent runs from the time it is given until account service ends or withdrawal is received, whichever occurs first. It does not permit indefinite retention after the purpose is fulfilled.
Withdrawal can be sent to support@mattr.ru or the controller’s registered address. Identify the account email and request withdrawal. The controller may proportionately verify ownership if necessary. Do not provide your password. Withdrawing consent does not waive a refund claim.
If no other lawful ground applies, the controller stops processing and ensures destruction within 30 days of receiving withdrawal, subject to the exceptions in Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. When the purpose is fulfilled, the statutory processing-termination procedure applies.
Withdrawal does not end processing required on an independent legal basis, such as an unfinished agreement or mandatory recordkeeping. Only necessary data is retained for the applicable period, with the basis and period explained. Backups do not justify indefinite retention.
7. Rights and enquiries
I may request processing information, seek correction, restriction or destruction on statutory grounds, and challenge the controller’s actions before Roskomnadzor or a court. Requests go to support@mattr.ru and are answered within statutory time limits.
The personal data policy describes general processing rules. This consent is a separate document and does not accept arbitrary future policy changes or expanded processing purposes.
