Service connections
Give Mattr access to the accounts it needs and check whose account is used for work.
Connect a personal account
Open your profile and the connections section. Choose an available service and start connecting. For services that use the provider's sign-in page, check the selected account and requested access, then complete authorization.
After returning to Mattr, check that the connection appears in the list. To test it, ask the assistant to perform a small action with something you know: find an email or open a document.
Connect from a conversation or application
An assistant or application may show a connection request when access is missing for a task. Follow the steps and return to the original task.
If the current client cannot complete the connection, open Mattr's web version. Connecting an account does not replace approval for individual actions the assistant may request later.
Workspace settings
Some integrations need the workspace owner to set them up first: installing a plugin, configuring service settings or adding keys. If a service is missing from personal connections, contact the owner.
Enter secret values in the settings intended for them. Do not send passwords or keys as normal messages to the assistant.
Personal and shared connections
A personal account belongs to your profile. A service configured in the workspace may use a different access method. Before an action, check which account and recipient are being used.
Inviting a colleague to a workspace does not automatically connect their email, documents or other personal services.
Reconnect or revoke access
If a provider rejects a request, check the connection status and sign in again if necessary. This may be needed after a password, permission or provider setting changes.
If access is no longer needed, disconnect it in Mattr and, where necessary, revoke permission in the external service's settings. Messages already sent and document changes remain with the provider.
