Projects and tasks

Bring your team's work, source materials and results together.

Create a project

  1. Open Projects and click Create project.
  2. Enter a name and description: what result should the project deliver?
  3. Select at least one assistant and the project members.
  4. Check the owner and the people responsible for the assistants, then create the project.

A project contains tasks and files. Access is configured separately, so a workspace invitation alone may not be enough.

Create a task

Open the project and choose Create task. Add a title and description, an assignee and a priority. In the description, state the acceptance criteria: what you need to receive before accepting the work.

Add source materials and links to other tasks if the result depends on them. You can view the queue on a kanban board or in a list.

Start and follow execution

Open the task card and use Start task. During execution, check the Execution section, events and the assistant's questions. Use Stop task to end the current run.

  • Idea and Pending — work is not running yet.
  • Ready — the task is waiting to run.
  • Running — the assistant is working on the task.
  • Blocked — an obstacle needs to be resolved or information provided.
  • Review — the result needs attention.
  • Done — work is complete.

Not every status is set manually: some change during execution.

Review the result and discuss changes

Open the Result section and related files, then compare them with the acceptance criteria. Run history helps distinguish the current attempt from earlier ones.

Comments are for discussion. Adding a comment does not itself start or interrupt a task. To change the work, use the description and the actions available on the card, then check the execution state.

Clear completed work

Archiving removes a project or task from the current list. It does not mean that all related materials are physically deleted.

If an action needs to repeat at a set time, create an automation. Project tasks and schedules serve different purposes.
