Your first result
From signing in to completing your first task.
1. Sign in to Mattr
Open the web app, enter your email address and enter the code from the email. If you do not have an account yet, choose sign up: you will need your name, email address, contact phone number and an invitation. You do not need to create a password. Entering the code confirms your email and signs you in. After signing in, open an available workspace: this is where your assistants, conversations and files live.
If a colleague invited you, accept the invitation using the email address it was sent to. Check the selected workspace name before you start.
2. Choose an assistant
Open the assistant list and choose one based on its description. A general-purpose assistant you have access to is enough to get started. If the list is empty, ask the workspace owner to grant access.
Start a new conversation. Use a separate conversation for each topic so that materials and follow-up questions are easier to find later.
3. Give it a small task
Describe what you want, who it is for and the format you need. Attach a source file if necessary and wait for it to finish uploading.
You do not need a long instruction to begin. Start with a clear result, then refine it in the same conversation.
4. Check the result
Follow the response in the conversation. If the assistant asks a question or requests permission for an action, respond in the card that appears. The related step may wait for your answer until you make a decision.
Open the resulting file or read the response. Ask for clarification where needed: for example, request references to pages in the source document or a shorter version. Check important numbers and conclusions before using the result.
What to try next
- Conversations and permissions — continue a conversation and answer the assistant's questions.
- Projects and tasks — work on several tasks with a shared team.
- Service connections — access your email and documents.
- Balance and plans — understand how model usage is paid for.
