Devices and Local

Choose a suitable client and understand the requirements for background work.

Web app

The web version is the main way to work with a workspace: conversations, assistants, projects, files, applications and settings. Use it to connect external accounts if another client cannot complete authorization.

Your account and selected workspace determine the available materials. Signing in from another device does not automatically create a copy of the workspace.

Desktop app

The desktop client supports cloud workspaces and local mode. Computer and browser control require the appropriate tools and operating system permissions.

Grant microphone or computer-control access through system settings when needed for the selected feature. Having that access does not authorize the assistant to perform any action: requests for specific operations remain part of the workflow.

Local work

Local is designed for one user and runs work on your computer. Keep the app and computer running for tasks to continue and schedules to execute.

You can use your own model providers in Local. This mode does not by itself mean completely offline operation: external models and services require a connection.

Local materials do not automatically sync with a cloud workspace. Check where the task runs and where the result is saved.

Phone

The mobile client includes conversations, assistants, applications and personal settings. Available actions differ from the web version; use a browser for full workspace management and complex project work.

Dictation requires microphone permission. The workspace must also have the relevant capabilities configured for speech recognition and text-to-speech.

A workspace on your own server

Team supports a dedicated server and your own providers. The owner or a technical administrator prepares and connects the server.

If the server is unavailable, members cannot fully continue working with its data. Check the task history before sending it again after service is restored.
