Members and access
Invite colleagues and choose which assistants they can access.
Prepare a workspace for teamwork
Owners and administrators can manage members. Free is designed for one member. To invite colleagues, the owner chooses a plan with team access.
Pro has a member limit, and pending invitations reserve seats. Billing is based on members who are actually active, including the owner.
Send an invitation
- Open the workspace's users section.
- Click Invite user and enter an email address.
- Choose the access level and available assistants.
- Create the invitation and check its delivery status.
Select at least one assistant for a regular user. If the email was not sent or email delivery is unavailable, copy the invitation link and share it with your colleague.
Accept an invitation
Open the link you received and sign in with the email address it was sent to. If you already have a personal workspace, select the team workspace in your profile after accepting.
If the link does not work, ask an administrator to check the invitation. If an assistant is missing after signing in, ask them to check the access list assigned to you.
Change access
Open a member in the users list and change the available settings. Project and application access may require separate configuration.
Advanced roles have more capabilities than a regular user. Give workspace management permissions to people who need to change shared settings and access.
Suspend or remove a member
Suspending temporarily restricts participation and can be reversed. Removing someone from a workspace does not delete their account or remove their access to other workspaces.
The owner cannot be removed through the normal member removal action. Transferring ownership is a separate operation. Changing the number of active members may affect Pro costs.
