Balance and plans

Understand charges for models, subscriptions and teamwork.

Where to check the terms

Open workspace settings and the billing section. Check current prices, available plans, limits and amounts due there. The workspace owner should change plans and manage billing.

  • Free — personal cloud use with no subscription fee; model usage is charged separately.
  • Pro — cloud teamwork billed for active members, including the owner.
  • Team — a workspace on a dedicated server with the option to use your own providers; the server and models are paid for separately from the plan fee.
  • Enterprise — licensing terms are agreed individually.

Free and Pro use models through Mattr. Your own providers are available in Team and Local.

Model usage

Open Workspace settings → Billing → Usage. Owners and administrators can view model requests over 24 hours, 7, 30 or 90 days. Switch the chart between costs and request counts; the table lists the model, assistant, input and output tokens, cache usage and cost.

One assistant response can involve several model requests. Input includes all input tokens, including cache. The Cache column shows the cached portion of input; do not add it to input again. Times are shown in UTC.

Costs are shown in rubles. USD amounts use the current Mattr exchange rate displayed below the log; this is an estimate of request costs, not wallet debit history. Unavailable costs show a dash. Subscriptions, external tool calls and deleted conversation history are not included.

Monetary and bonus balances

The owner has a shared wallet for models through Mattr and the Pro subscription. Amounts are shown in rubles. Inviting someone to a workspace does not create a separate free wallet for their work.

Bonus funds are used for models first. The Pro subscription requires a monetary balance: bonuses cannot pay for it. Signing up gives you RUB 100 in model credits in your first cloud workspace. Creating a Local workspace does not award another starter bonus.

Your first paid top-up of RUB 2,000 or more includes an extra RUB 500 in model credits. The gift is awarded once per user across all workspaces. Earlier top-ups below RUB 2,000 do not affect eligibility. Deposited money and promotional credits are displayed separately.

How Pro is calculated

Pro counts members who are actually active, including the owner. A pending invitation reserves a seat but does not yet count as a billable active member.

When the team changes during a billing period, charges are prorated for the remaining part of that period. Check the total on the invoice: it accounts for the dates of access changes and charges already issued.

Before starting a paid period, check the monetary balance and amount due. If funds are insufficient, top up and try again. Access may be restricted when a paid period expires; an automatic switch to Free should not be assumed.

Top up your balance

Use the payment method available in the billing section and follow the service's instructions. Automatic payment through YooKassa is not yet available; an operator confirms payments.

After confirmation, check that the funds were credited and review the plan status. Do not share bank card details in a conversation with an assistant.

Why work stopped despite a positive balance

Check which funds are available: bonus or monetary. Then check the plan status, assistant limit, free storage and model availability. If you use your own key, also check the provider's balance.

Subscription costs and model costs are separate expenses. Several members may use the owner's shared balance at the same time.

Referrals and bonuses

If a referral link is available in your profile, share it with a new user for registration. Check the bonus conditions and required first payment in that section.

A referral link does not add someone to your team. That requires a separate workspace invitation.
